For period of August 1st – August 31st, December 20th – January 6th (Christmas & New Year period)

All rates are in United States Dollars (US$) and are inclusive of Daily American Breakfast.
The above price are net including government tax and service charge.
All rates include return airport transfer, 8-hours car & driver a day, welcome drink and chilled towel upon arrival, fruit arrangement upon arrival, daily coffee and tea service, welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
Check in time 14.00 hrs and check out time 12.00 hrs.
Late Check-Out until 16:00 hrs is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 hrs will be charged at full nightly rate.
Rates are based on up to a maximum 10 persons. Extra guests may only be allowed with the approval of the management or the villa owner.
